Construction to start on Garowe airport & Makhir University

The designs are done, and inshallah construction is due to start in Feburary.
Garowe airport tarmac road is now being built. Maakhir university will be in Badhan.
This is alongside the ongoing construction of Bosaso Airport.
Puntland will inshallah have two airports and a university by the end of 2015

Update: Construction on Garowe Airport will start by March, 2015.

Firm date for construction of Garowe Airport and Maakhir University- Badhan. Construction due to begin in december of 2015 inshallah. It will be done by two companies, MITAK and CEC, one based in UAE and the other based in China. I am more excited by Maakhir University, and the economic growth it can bring to Badhan town. Sanaag needs something like this vey badly. Many thanks to Faysal Hawar and finance minister Shire Haji who made this project possible. I will continue to update this thread with renders and any announcements.

We all can talk out of our ass, but this is a puntland university for a puntland town. The residents of Badhan are hardcore puntland patriots they're not like rer laascanood, their commitment for puntland has never failed us.
