Date announced for the start of construction on Garowe airport will start in September, next month. The company that will build it is Turkish.
They still have not announced when construction on Maakhir University-Baran is due to begin. Construction on both will take one year.

No offense wallahi, but I have been
hearing about Makhiir university since 2013.

I thought it was already constructed by now.
