HAG Institute has been trying for months now to hold a meeting with Puntland, it failed. They then tried to hold a meeting with Puntland Research and Development Centre, that failed, as a last resort they tried to get one of Puntland's Universities to entertain them. FAILED again.

Finally, HAG Institute was forced to sneak into Garowe and booked a room in a hotel, 5 random people attended and even they ended up LAUGHING in Aynte's dirty Hutu face and sold pictures to the media. Aynte, btw, is a key Culusow advisor.
