The most important thing is the container terminal and the container crane. All of the rest is basically just extra. If Bosaso gets container handling ability, its already low rates will make it very competitive with Mogadishu and Berbera. Bosaso's goal should be to extend its service as far as Hiiraan south and west as possible.
