i think He meant the third Longest Somali airport runway. because berbera is obviosly the longest in the region its 4.2 km followed by hargeisa 3.7 .

Abdiweli Mohamed Cali Gaas and Abdihakin Haji Abdullahi Haji Cumar Camay have done a tremendous job for Puntland so far. They have reformed the entire ministry of finance. They have reformed the Police force. They have re-adjusted the budget, corrected the spendings of the government, paying the salaries of all government employees and in the midst of all that managed to fulfill their promise of building Boosaaso International Airport, the largest in Somalia as of yet. Other projects that were promised by the Abdiweli/Abdihakin administration include the construction of Garowe Airport, a large University in Sanaag, the expansion of Boosaaso seaport and the reformation of Ciidanka Daraawiista (the military). Mind you, their budget is limited and is roughly between 30 to 60 million at most. They even fired that corrupt, good for nothing Speaker of Parliament.
