This is a nice historical resource. Great find. Thanks for sharing.

BTW don't brag about some script your people made awfully late during the colonial era. It's not like this Khaddare script would have done you any good, afterall you we were speaking the language of your Italian overlord's.

PL should do a cultural revival. We need to teach children the histroy of Darood's and our culture. They need to know everything from Ahmed Gurey until Cabdullahi Yusuf. Children should be taught the Osmanya script while at school so we can one day switch scripts.
Ahmed Gurey is not Darod read the History of Sultane of Harar

Take a note Rulers of the Sultanate of Harar and their clans

If you knew your history you would know that this Arab fairytale is a product of the identity crisis that Somalis are going through at the moment. Your worth to people from other countries is directly related to how well your country is doing. If you come from a shit country people are gonna treat you like shit. Even today, everbody is claiming Arab ancestory including Dir, Isaaq, Hawiye and Darood. Hell even Sheikhaal are saying they are Banu Quraysh, small tribes are the worst at this.

If you look at the history you will know where Daroods come from, they came from Northern Somalia and spread southward. Names like Gallaeri and Gaalkacyo confirm that history, that they move downwards and displaced the Borana Oromo and other non muslim ethnic groups (Galla). If you don't know Galleri means 'Chase away Infidenls' and Gaalkacyo means 'The place the Infidels where dethroned/chased away from'. Darood history is well recorded and our origin is known. What I'm gonna do research into when i get the chance is where the Hawiye comes from, perhaps they have some Nilotic ancestry given they are so dark in skin colour.

Hawiye lmao. Please, the name Hawiye doesn't get mentioned in history until the 1900's. How on earth could he come from an unkown community?
Hawiye is a native to this land the horn unlike those who came by boat the KACAAN governments who rewrite Somalia's history.

Read 18 century written books by history scholars who travelled to western Somalia.

The Earth and Its Inhabitants South and east Africa
By: Elisée Reclus, Ernest George Ravenstein, Augustus Henry Keane
D. Appleton, 1890 - Geography

The Hawiyas, who aro dominant in Ogaden, that is, the great central territory of Sonvjli Land, are certainly the most powerful of all the Somali people. M. Revoil describes them as less bellicose than the other branches of the race, but at the same time more fanatical and more dangerous to foreigners. They belong to a distinct Mohammedan sect, which, to judge from their practices, seems in some way akin or analogous to that of the Wahabites in Central Arabia. According to tbe accounts received by Sottiro, the Hawiyas have a large infusion of Galla blood, to which may perhaps be attributed the fact that their complexion is of a lighter shade than that of the seaboard tribes. In the inland regions most of them appear to be settled agriculturists, which is doubtless due to the greater elevation of this region, which is also better watered and more fertile than the low-lying coastlands. In Ogaden, a land of pasturage and of cattle, they are on the contrary all nomads.

Lol Hawiye in the Ogaden. There is one a few small minorities that claim Hawiye descent that live in the Ogaden. There is only one descent group that are light skinned and claim Hawiye. They are the Sheikhaals and their number is tiny. The Somali's that live in the Ogaden are mostly Daroods, perhaps 80% or more. It is no surprise that the Liyuu police are almost exclusively a Ogaden organisation. Also, the extent of Hawiyes lands are known, and to be honest it is not particularly big. Don't bring that rubbish here about Hawiyes being light skinned and dominating the Ogaden. Unless you are suggesting that Hawiyes are Oromos that got displaced by Daroods then that would make sense. Please let us know if Hawiyes are Oromos and not Somalis. Also tell us if this Samale guy even exists. Please see the map below you troll.

Im curious as to why the Ajuuran who were the rulers of the Mogadishu area are now living in Kenya and are not present in Somalia at all. Did somebody destroy them?

Fist of all the Map your posted is a fake written by Siyad bare
Second, Regarding Hawiye dominate in western Somalia you dealing with a real History here written in 18th century by a well known geographer
Regarding Ajuran, if you want to find out how they end up in Kenya and Ethiopia read horn of african history before the colonial, they been ousted by Hiraab inner Hawiye power strugle, unlike Darod who end up in Otanga ajuuraan went back to thier original towns in NFD and Westren Somalia. instead of asking me Ajuuraan and Hawiye why you your self go and find your Jeberti people they are found as far as Sudan and Egypt have you considered reaching them out perhaps find out how they end up where they are today and learn your people history ?

Liyuu is Ethiopian full stop.

Mate, go back to Somalispot with your fellow AthiesT Faqash while jerking off to your Darood Revisionism which Barre created... Ahmed Gurey being darod?

Darod appeared in the history around the 1400 while the Hawiye folks were mention prior 1000AD :stylin:

These people can't read a document properly and come to a conclusion that the OSMANYA was dropped in the competition. It was either the Kaddare script (Indigenous scipt) or a Latin Script (Western Script). They went with the Latin Script.

Improve your comprehension skills.
