Puntland has been a force both in policy making and economy within somalia for decades now time has come where Puntland should not be competing with hutus and their likes on policy and economical issues as PL has a potential of being a regional force and further more PL has the potential to be a regional player muslim World. therefore PL needs to take this measures.

1. increase its ties with IRAN both economically and militarily as iran can help PL build a strong military Power as well as PL benefitting from the iranian technology which is the best in the muslim World and by doing this it will automatically make PL a regional player.

2. PL should import its oil and gas from iran which certainly will be much cheaper and PL should ask iran offer about 5000 scholarship per year

3. ban saudis and their muslim allies as they have nothing good to contribute to PL other than terrorism through the hutus
