Source: Pro hag, government linked paper
http://www.heritageinstitute.org/wp-con ... tions-.pdf
'The fight for resources, which has a strong link with the city‟s infrastructure, is the second major driver of the conflict. The majority of the schools, hospitals and military bases are located in the Puntland-controlled part of Gaalkacyo. Very few are in Galmudug‟s control. A majority of those interviewed in Galmudug view this as marginalization and injustice caused by the for-mer colonial powers and past Somali govern-ments.
The majority of those interviewed in Galmudug believe that national government built infra-structure, including the airport, belongs to all residents of the city and demand equal use of these public premises. They also accuse Puntland of selling military and police camps and indus-tries to private individuals'

this is the reality on the ground, HG neither have political acumen or military capability to take garsoor let alone galkacyo, the citizens of GM and PL know which side is prosperous. Gurbajoog on this forum who have never been to GK cant change that. HG are guests behave :russ:

Gaalkacyo is actually 35% Sacad, 10% Saleebaan 30% Leelkase and 25% MJ according to the latest tirakoob (aka census) conducted by the Federal government.

#Fact
When The source is federal government (Abgaal HAG) , case done

Also since when saleebaan start living in mudug , the only sub clan is Sacad ?

LoL if Daroods are 80% of Gaalkacyo, than how did Sacad (a subclan of HG) built a government right in Gaalkacyo and said 'car kaalaya oo imaada hadii aad niman raga tihiin'?

Makes absolutely no sense.
Pansomalinationalist is amxaaro and repeatedly makes shirk comments.
True said. He is a troll and has been reported and added to the ignore list.

Heritage institute for policy studies is HG non profit organisation, the former director is abdi ainte is the current minister of planning for goodness sake. they are even based in mogadishu, anyone telling the truth is darood to you.

Just in case you forgot: The majority of the schools, hospitals and military bases are located in the Puntland-controlled part of Gaalkacyo. Very few are in Galmudug‟s control. There is a reason GM wages war in galkacyo and not xaardheere/hobyo/dhusomareeb / guriceel, there are resources and tax which you so desperately need. im glad Gaas went against puntland policy of sharing resources from AY airport, that's the reason there are more wars between GM and PL. The boss of mudug is well known :som:
