I wonder why the "navy" gets more attention over ciidamada Daraawishta iyo Policeka? I know foreign powers are heavily involved in funding and maintaining the "puntland marine force", but it seems like Puntland is not allowed to spend a dime on ciidamada Daraawishta.

PMPF is different from PL marine coast guard.
