It basically means, 2 Al Shabab financiers have been killed in Mogadishu in the last 2 days.

There is nothing wrong with the sentence structure.

I heard that 10 thousand militia have been armed and are ready to start patrolling in the streets of Mogadishu, within the coming few hours. I hope this is true. Something needs to be done about the security issue.

I hope so too. This sharif guy needs to stop travelling and take a tough stance against all those who are against order. Somebody has to win, Xisbul-Islam/shabab or the government. Either way someone has to rule the country for us to move forward.

All I need is peace so i can build me a little house by the beach in Xamar.

There were some officers that were trained in Ethiopia, but the real number was never high. If the TFG had 10 thousand troops at its disposal, it wouldn't have depended on 2000 AU troops.

Dude do you think the arms embargo has been lifted or something? The Somali police number no less than 5,000 but they are ill equipped and can not keep the peace.

The Government has men but no fire Power and funding and that has been the problem this whole time.

The AU have funding and great Fire Power with good trained men. It is the TFG real Security in Mogadishu today and was yesterday.
