Dulbahante clan is not part of (and was never part of) and does not recognize the administration that calls itself "Somaliland" and that there are no agreements between Dulbahante clan and "Somaliland", in the past or the present.

I know, but Warsangali and Dulbahante don't want to be part of Somaliland. That is reality and SMN supporters should deal with that. If don't accept that, all hell will break loose.

They are also completely averted to the question of Secession and thus use their financial strength and war-like manpower to defend their territory.

Warsangeli+Dhulbahante Liberation front, is someone I made up. But it does have a nice ring to it doesn't it.

I am very new to Somalia politics as a whole. I am learning day by day.

Oxident, wlc you seem to be a decent girl. You right the 'SSC' term confuses a lot of people who think it stands for both Warsans and Dhullos.
It aint, but Dhullos adopted it as a political tool and at the expense of their brother Harti who often, out of respect, avoid to start agitation.
For instance, Buuhodle is one of the districts of Togdheer, yet the Dhullos avoid claiming Togdheer, that is why they use 'Ceyn' in place of Buuhoodle.
For the region of Sanaag, majority are Warsans and you will think other clans would acknowledge it and avoid claiming it, but they don't.
It is all because Warsans are peaceful and less into Qabiil issues. The average Warsangeli person tends to their own business while they run their own political affairs at the local and national level.

So let them confuse others but facts are like the bright of a day light. Hard to Hide beneath silly demarcations and names.
