adan... ha na ceebeen.. ma ilkoyar ayaa galguduud ka weydiineysaa?
Galguduud used to part of Mudug and it was one big Gobol... It was populated 80 percent HG+Dudu.
When the Military took over in 69.. Everything changed rapidly and the land known as Galguduud was mainly deprived and forgotten land.. It had the poorest health services in the country as well as education..
This land used to be vital for somali nomads and acted as an cosmopolitan gate way between north and south but it never managed to live up to the important of it history as it served mainly as a millitary straining land, where soldiers who took training in Russia would come back and strart training others in various camps around galguduud... ! If you take out xamar... majority of battles during the civil war occured in central somalia..thats why if you go to ceelbuur today you see a forgotten land.. and the only thing that looks to ever have been there is millitary..
DS.. people came from the north originally and they migrated south... that why you can find traces of them everywhere. Other then that .they have no great history or importance in Gobolada dhexe.

Adan, Cilmiile knows it better then I but before Galgaduud and Mudug were seperated, it was one of four Somali regions the Italians recognized as "Mudug" and before that it was known as Ximan.
All you need to ask is "what was "Ximan" and you will know, even your Cayr relatives will tell you, that it was Mareexaan land before the Mareexaans continued migrating (all the way to Garrisa). When the Mareexaan empted whole swaths of land, Habar Gidir started going north from their Hirab brothers and Cumar Maxmuud started going south to meet up in the deserted land.
Dhuusamareeb is before early 80's was Mareexaan city and all the parliamantarians from it and ministers were Mareexaan. Caadi weeye hada Kismaayo ayaa laga soo dooran.
