1. the people who formed this group SDSI and the phantom "Somali central state" are all outside of Somalia.
2. there is already an administration in Caabudwaaq and the region.
3. forming new admins always creates problems, and when there is already one that is working on the ground, it makes it even worse.
in conclusion, they are just making fitna, experimenting with the lives of people on the ground from their distant safe counsil houses in the US/EU.
us in the diaspora can help the people back home by being supportive, development, funding, education, health etc, but we cant import unwise politics into a region that is already facing huge security issues.
