It is the fastest growing city in central Somalia. Has the largest population of Galgaduud and has strong army.

Thanks brother but this I understand, but what I don't understand is what bring's this parliamentarians to this place, is there a special matter that needs to be attended!

The MP's are there to know the needs of their local population since MP's represent their clan. Also they came their to resolve the clan war that occured in Gelinsoor few weeks ago. In the video they stated they will visit that place.
