The conference is not an open conference. It is a bilateral conference in which organizations and governments will attend. Representing Britain for example will be the representatives of the British Foreign office not a mere MP with views different from government. It is like a meeting at the UN. Unless it is Cameron's government point of view to recognize Somaliland, which we know is not the case, there will be nothing about UK "supporting" Sland independence.
