Which of these two guys have committed more corruption while they were holding the "Prime Minister" position? Did the Administration they worked under or with had something to do with whatever mischief they have committed?

For those that don't know who's who:

Ali Khalif Galaydh was the "Prime Minister" in Abdiqasim Salad's administration under the then Transitional National Government system (TNG). Ali Mohamed Geedi was the "Prime Minister" in Abdullahi Yusuf's administration under the current Transitional Federal Government system (TFG).
