I think the reason that he is successful is that is actually works with people and listens. He talks to all the power players regardless of clan in Somalia and visits their houses. He travels to all the Somali communities overseas. He brings people together. He is all about We. Unlike other wannebe Somali leaders that want to lead by looking at the past and are thinking about how to benefit their agenda. President Mohamud listens and that is how a President should be, a public servant, not trying to make the public servants. That is why he is successful. I wish him well.
