The doctor should do the following three things to not only save Ethiopia but steer it to glory

1. Bring about a true electoral democracy and enlarge the private sector
2. Ban secession and replace the current 9 tribal regions with many multiethnic regions of around 25
3. Fight tyranny and tribalism in Africa as well as lead black power globally
