They are clan-minded and driven to only advance their sub-sub clan but as a result of division, they became the most useless country and people in the world.

Its ironic how virtually all african countries, especially those with high hiv/aids rates that hinder economic performance and nation building, has surpassed somalia and somalis by lightyears

Unfortunate to see african countries, in some cases having hundreds of ethic groups and multiple religions, beat us. We have an advantage over them

The country needs to be cut up into dozens of mini states but that will never happen anyway, we were already lucky enough to be a country for somalis, there is practicallly no black country in africa where an ethnic group has its own country and we still fk it up
 Kenya/Tanzania etc are talking about unified economic zone, and we are talking about devolving into endless clan states incredible

I'm advocating the break up of the country so somalis can see how stupid it was to be divided and broken up (as they want) to begin with

I know I was talking in general, about how deluded Somalis are. We live in a twilight zone.

Somali unity is possible and we are in route to achieve it inshallah. The only obstacle is there are to many nomads with AK47s and opinions. But the world has realized that and is now ready to transfer Ultimate Permanent Power to the most enlighted among the nomads. Once that happens Unity will be achieved inshallah. :som: :som: :som: :som: :som: :som:

I don't think it is possible (however Allah can make anything possible), reason being that Somalis cannot agree on anything: land, power etc.

Islow, you are mixing somalis and somalia. I think the former is unbreakable while the latter is in intensive care.

The 1960 union was voluntary and some people in the north want to end that union, that is fine and the other people who want the union should be respected and every town they inhibit should be incorporated into the union. As for your Q,i already answered,no need to say it again except that somaliland controls those area either by peaceful means or by force.

listen somalidu waxay tidhaahda "nin tiisa daryeela tu kale ku dar" I think somaliland is the least of your problems today - mogadishu and south somalia is being fought over by african nations so that should be your priority to stop fighting and start building.

You are right however, that doesnt nullify my argument. What amazes me is the number of isaaq people who dont buy the notion of breaking up somalia.
