When Maxamed Dhere was in charge AUN, May Allah grant him Janatul Firdowsa, Jowhar was the seat of the TFG for obvious reason . The town was the safest in all of the South, you couldn't even enter it without someone vouching for you. Take your bullshit elsewhere.
