Since we could not reach consensus in regards to who has the bigger population size between Dhabayaco and Ilka-Yar, let us try Dhulbahante vs Ilka-Yar. The winner would then take Dhabayaco. Then the final bout will be between all united Daaroods vs Absame. Let us settle this one first.

Honestly, I think about the same size.

No one can come between Dhulbahante and Mareexaan, as much as you would love to see both wariors go at it, you wont cus your a bloody sheegato and we are too smart for that.

I strongly believe that there are more Dhuloos than Ilka-Yar because there is no Ilka-Yar city so populated like Laas Caanood. Then there is Buuhoodle, half of Burco. Come on man....

As for camparing Ilka-Yar with Mejeerteen; it is like saying who is bigger Wabeeneye or Kukuyo. Not even close..I think there are more Ciise Maxamuud than the whole Ilka-Yar nation.
