Bosaso has East Africa University, plus they are trying to develop Garowe.

Demure, currently it seems the PSU staff doesn’t have pics of the campus, but here is a site where they have students there taking exams of some sort:

Btw, I love how the females there are covered from head to feet, very Islamic of them. Our Somali girls in west sure need to learn a lesson or two from them here.
