Thats because all these clans you have mentioned are not Somali-diid's and are part of the same country , so mediating between them is like mediating amongst yourself, Btw no marexaan mediated between the Sacad Vs Saleeban, i can fully remember the peace-agreements process when elders from each clan signed it,Wagerdac and Majerteen were arming opposition clans to keep the war going, i wonder who has been feeding you these lies Sxb.

As for the Somaliland scenario, it's time for them to practice there sovereignty, if they believe in this whole brotherhood scenario whats the point of there secession?
