I dunno really where it comes from, but one day Ina cigaal was making a speech at "khayriyadda" in Hargeysa , somebody smuggled a lil monkey who manage to crawl underneath the crowd . It got somer people nervous and his immediate security upon seing the monkey amongst the first row of spectators tried to capture it .
Ina Cigaal then in the microphone said" war ha la ii daayo tolkey",
