Even Maakhir which is much poorer than Bari has a GDP per capita of 1.600$

GDP of a state is not always dynamic with foreign development or luxury hotels. I'm quiet sure Puntlands GDP exceeds Lesotho and Eritreas.

Mayne....If Puntland (bari, nugaal and n-mudug) got independent, and start selling our estimated 5-10 billion barrels of oil and with a low population of only a 1.5 million, we possibly could've one of the HIGHEST GDP per capita's in the world.

Sanaa's a ugly city. In Somalias heyday Xamar, Marka, Kismayo, Hargeisa and many other cities were more beautiful and better developed. A bunch of midevil houses on mountains, lol..
