What is this so called XISBI called KULMIYE from waqooyi galbeed somalia,I call it KALAKAXEEYE because first it tried to divide the Somali people and it did not succeed and now it's trying to divide the people of that area by tribal and subtribal lines,who runs this organisation is it people hungry for power and money.
