What kind of security has there been in Puntland? The Cumar Maxamud sub-clans have been at war with each other, with Reer Bicidyahan/Reer Maxamud, and with Leelkase throughout all of Puntland's short history. Also the Dulbahante/Ciise Maxamud scrapes in Nugaal. And those were the good days.

Add the shit that's happening today, and you begin to realize how weak this Puntland government is. Anyway, Puntland militia was originally trained by Ethiopia and the state was created with Ethiopian blessings, it will not last long, I'm sure of that.
