I used to be djiboutawi, but now i am 100% Somalilander, cos Fuurlabe from Dirdawa can claim to be Djiboutian. voila

horta why are some djiboutians still connected to Somalia? ..not a bad thing but ive always wondered that? that girl in uni used to go to Hargeysa

is it the tribe connections?

I have to agree, Djiboutians have very bubbly personalities from what I've experienced. The way they talk to you, they're always so excited and happy.

you know after 1991 reer xamar fled to Yemen while the new reer Xamar came from Mudug & Jowhar.

I like them, they don't self hate. The ones I encountered say they are Somali and differentiate between nationality and ethnicity. Something most of these Somaliland kids don't know how to understand. Saying shid like "I speak Af Somalilander"

I never said I hate Somalilanders, but I hate the stupid ciyaal who run around reppin' it without knowing what it means to know what you are ethnically and linguistically and the nationality. Two completely different things.

If Somaliland change its name to.....I dunno something weird, it doesn't change the fact the people there are Somali :?
