omg...Alluring gained a sense of humor? :o

FYI...Somalia's civil war can't be compared to Angola, Lebanon, or anywhere else. Those countries had INSURGENCIES and MINOR civil disruptions. Only Somalia, Liberia, Afghanistan, and Sierra Leone had full-blown civil wars. Liberia and SL were not militarized countries before their civil wars, so the ammunition stopped and everyone went back to nation-building after brief periods, and Afghanistan also had brief regimes between periods (Islamic Republic, Najibullah's regime, Taliban). Not to mention, both SL and Liberia had leaders who stepped up in both civil wars to rescue the country for brief periods. Somalia's civil war may simply never end, so FAH was right in his first post.
