Im sure the Shabaabs are behind this, and im also sure the people who did this are Isaaq Wadaads them selfs. few days ago a well known Wadaad from Hargeisa were handed over to the Ethiopian Goverment, and there a lot of wadaads in the prisons around somaliland from all sorts of Tribes, mainly Isaaq!!!!
