They had there best time and now they must surrender and give in their weapons. And submit to the government that will be led by the hawiyes majority in the south.

Then the hawiye government must establish benadir state of Somalia make peace in the regions. from raskambooni till the outskirts of ras caseer.and let puntland submit to the rule of the government of Mogadishu
