Once we establish a strong goverment in the South and Central; then Puntland won't have a choice. All we need to do is to stop the revenues generated by the pirates...What else do they have? When you have Kismaayo, why would you need Boosaaso? Do you know that most Ogadenia cities except few like Wardheer are actually closer to Kismaayo than Boosaaso. Even Jig-Jiga is closer to Kismaayo.
