A/Wahab,

I supported the Sheikh from Day 1, but really the Guy looks like He's soft walle. He's letting these little groups cause mayhemin the city. I have family in Xamar (Non MR) and they're probably going to be forced out again

Murax,

He is soft seriously. I was hoping at least he would have outsourced the bad guy role to someone who would have gone hard on these pansie groups.

Anywayz, I see a positive in this: all the antipeace elements are coming out of hiding, public sympathy for the Antipeace elements is down, and all that is now missing is bold action to kill these khawariij.

The real difference:

C/Y was greated with firing from the get go...Even before he stayed one week. Wasn't allowed to stay in Mogadisho..He has to stay in Jowhar, Baidaba etc..He was rejected from the very begining not given even one chance..

Shiekh Shariif is given a better chance...

I'm trying to read between the lines and I'm seeing this Darod message coming across. I'm I right is it one is Darod and the other Hawiye. A very subtle message there I must admit, but if you said it any louder you would be accused of being biased. Which will all know you are.

Could the difference be one cares for Hawiye lifes and the other didn't?

Simple , sheikh sheriif stands a a better chance at governing than that other forgotten guy .
Anybody that's branding him a "softie" isn't really concerned about the people .
Al Shabaab are provoking him , that's all they know death and destruction , stooping down to their level at this point is not a constructive strategy .
Waa la kala shaandheenaya horta ciyaalkan .
Intii la soo celin karo na way badbaadaysa insha Allah , inti kale na dee malak al maut-ka u hiilaca ayaa lagu dari doona insha Allah .

Difference is very clear:

1)Ina yeey sought revenge, hated hawiye. He was & still opposed to Shariahlaw.

2) Sh.sharif seeks unity between all somali clans, he is still pro-shariahlaw. A true patriotic leader

P.S there is some weakness in sh.sharif's dealing with the khawarij. He should not preach anymore peace to them because they are deaf. Its time to take some real action against them.
