The issue of stoning has nothing to do with age. In general, If a man or woman has reached puberty and has married and then is found guilty of commiting adultary then stoning is the ruling. So 13 or over 20, age is not important.

But, like i said, i have a feeling that this is some new propaganda and Inshallah we need to verify this information.

samadoon-waaxid - ok, if that is how it happened then that is definately a problem. As for me, i read a different story from the Shabaab side so i have requested more information and am waiting to get that before making judgment.

Camel_herder - Your point is another reason that i think that the story is fake. Why??? because when the stoning took place, the whole city was there watching and no one came out to say, why are you doing that? She is innocent? She was..... They watched and took part in the judgment.

From what i have heard about kismayo these days is that they are living very well in peace and under Shariah. Even the Laami from Digmada is being repaired. Keep in mind that the enemies of Islam can never accept a land ruled solely by the Law of Allah.
