Ethiopian troops were retransferred workers from a mining company which entered a the border into Somaliland digging for macdan ( gems & precious minerals )
The workers were arrested by Gabiley authorities when they started digging between in an area between Allaybaday and TogWajaale.
The source claims the ethiopians had surpassed the ' ethiopian ' side of TogWajaale and was working well inside the borders of Gabiley region in western Somaliland.

Ethiopian military colleague's of the twin city Wajaale informed the Gabiley authorities that the specific company which has ethiopian owners had been allowed to excavate for gems with their equipment according to an unknown agreement between Addis Abeba and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Somaliland.
