Who remembers the kid that claim to be the Somali Ambassador to the US under Abdullahi Yusuf's TFG and recieved bad media publicity cause he claimed to have a degree from a University but he never completed course....

Say what you want about Maj. Gen. Pres. Maxammed Siyaad Barre but he was presidential in every sense of the word.
