Well first of all you need to understand that Somalis united just 49 years ago and their unity lasted only for 31 years and in those 31 years they have went to war 2 times, And the civil war started in 1988 and it’s still continuing they ,where never busy with nation building, rather they where busy with creating a Somali empire.
