The men in this list either open the doors for choas, play along choas, and other are working to keep Somalia in anarchy.

The list is pretty long but those the the top 13 in my head.

There is a reason beyond Hawiye why Somalia is a failed State.

I pick #s:

2 For being the father of all moryans that we see today including some on this list, one of them being # 12.
3 Started the war and brought ITOBIYAAN to the country.
4 Him and # 2 made the messed up the capital and parts of the country for qabiil reasons.
5 The guy is power hungry and i partly blame him for what is going on at the moment.
6 Goes with the flow and fallows who ever has the upper hand on any given time( not a loyal warlord ).
9 The main reason the civil war started because his qabiil didn't get to be a president ( not even once ).
11 Kept starting war in kismaayo as he thinks is his home town ( in the process many people died ) do to his actions.
12 Blood thirsty guy who only knows destruction and killing ( when the word moryan/bililiqo comes up i think of him ).

Those are the once i blame for the desturction.
