They must mean the damn thing to work via the use of a remote control. Where else would they fit anyone in that tiny space?
Good luck to them of course. With such a plane, they'll be able to protect the skies of Somaliland from the Al Shabab menace. I have it on a very good authority that Al Shabab don't like such planes.
By the way, do any of the groupings in Somalia (or, rather, the former Republic of Somalia) own airplanes of any kind?
(The broken one in that Hargeisa square does not count).
