Who should be offered support and possible refugee status?

Tigre are probably all around the most rational choice. Langaab so we need not worry about mass-immigration, relatively wealthy in comparison to other tribes, strong diaspora, dominates military, etc. The opposite of Oromo, quality over quantity. The Warsangeli of Ethiopia.

Amhara would be a risk, but still decent option. Problem is they come with 30 million human baggage who go by the name of (Amharized) Oromo. Unpredictable, but on occasion can surprise. Closest to Reer Hawiye, fractured but still impressive.

Legit Oromo are terrible choice, uprising has been scheduled for years, weakest identity out of all tribes, could be in control of Ethiopia now if not for Ogaden-syndrome. Large numbers, low intelligence.

Gurage, Afar, etc. are non-factors. Comparable to Idoor.

Thoughts?

How about we pray for peace and stability and friendship between Muslim Somalia and the Muslim-majority Ethiopia with powerful economic relationship that can be positive for both nations?

This situation transcends religion.

The latter situation is impossible. Somalia should exacerbate famine AIDS, famine, etc. in any way it can. This would be more effective if we weren't in an equally pitiful state, otherwise we could be like Eritrea. Basking in prosperity while watching Ethiopia fail.

First thing we need to do is restrict them from using ports, be they in Djibouti or elsewhere.

Don't be a race traitor. I have to admit, you got me with the 'powerful economic relationship' line, though. What does Ethiopia has that is of worth? There's a reason why it's the most dependent foreign aid recipient in the world.

The closest Idoor have got to Ethiopia is riding Amhara's coattails.
