The TFG is supposed to complete the process of federalism. Puntland will only address its own interests because if they don't nobody will. Mogadishu is full of incompetent leaders and some of the leaders there shouldn't be trusted with any form of aid. I believe in Sheikh Sharif but the people he surrounded himself with are questionable. I'm starting to think these guys are prolonging the war against AL-Shabaab just for the sake of gaining personal interests/serving others interests.
