Is SSC like the disputed areas (Warsangeli, Dhulbahante) deegano? Then Yes, I think they should have their own state, but if their suldaano etc want to join the Issaqs then thats their choice. Truth be told, Warsangeli, Dhulbahante are basically qaldaans who have more in common with Issaqs then with the rest of Somalis

both states need each others,however somaliland will benefit more from joining somalia because of what somalia has but cannot be found in hargeisa,berbera or any other city in somaliland.
The question is will somaliland stay this way when southernsomalia fix their problems?
