Interesting...In any event this is Why I want Isaaqa and Somaliland to be granted their secession pass, so We do not have to always revisit times of division, civil war, mistrust etc. For instance Isaaqa are always going to mention the unfortunate events of the '80s Where they did have unfortunate events happen to them, and all this is going to do is stur up feelings of hatred. However tommorow if Somalia is a State, I have no problem with having two Somali neighbors (Djibouti, Somaliland) lax borders and free trade/movement. If getting independence is all they need to move on, then why not.

Thats all fine and dandy but they want to take those who don't wish to go along for the ride (Dhulos, Warsan etc).

They claim to have fought for self determination yet they want to deny others that very same and basic right.

Xoogsade, truth be told no Isaaq person is forcing dhullos forcefully to go with us but it's their own politicians who want dhullos to go with sland instead of pland politicians such as Xaabsade, Sandule the powerhouses of the dhulbahantes are all pro somaliland so the blame is theirs not us.

Murax, sxb i am talking about within somaliland dee their most heavyweight politician wa Xaabsade remember when he had a beef with Cadde muse in puntland? the whole dhullos followed him when he quited puntland so the guy does have a influence especially since his sub clan Bahararsame Garaad is dominant in las anod.

That would only be the only way Somaliland might have a credible chance of recognition.

Neither Puntland nor Somaliland would want to see this happen. Dhullos would probably create their own state and look after their own affairs.

Dhulos creating their own state = another Harti kingdom on the raise sxb, and if Puntland means MJ for you, which it's not, we will be stronger for it.

Jamaal, the disadvantage dhullos have is they are landlocked unlike the mjs & warsans, or the gadabursis & duriiyaada who are not landlocked.
