Abdisamad - A Muslim will never attack a place of worship, there is no excuse for that. That being said we know the individuals that are capable of carrying out such attacks. I will always condemn their actions, never will I welcome their attacks. The innocent people that perish every time are the ones that I will pray for. Al-Shabaab, never. You should do the same. The bombing of mosques, the killing of muslims who have just left the mosque after salat subax or cisha should be condemned no matter who did it.

What I dont understand however is the hypocricy of Alshabab supporters. When Alshabab assasinates muslims who leave mosques, they celebrate. When Alshabab attacks mosques (suffi ones) and desecrates it, they celebrate. Even when Alshabab attacked the Suffi mosque in Basra and killed 7 people inside the mosque, they celebrated. And today they are condemning attacks inside and just outside mosques? Today, they condemn the killings of muslims who were just praying in the mosque?

How many ''Mujahideen officers'' have they assasinated from each other (ICU, Xisbi Islam, Alshabab etc)? Most of these assasinations happened when these socalled ''Mujahideen officers'' left mosques.

He is a hypocrite that is only saddened by the fact that his Al Qaida heroes were sent to their death-beds. When Al Qaida in Somalia carries out suicidal attacks that target innocent civilians, he is all over Somalinet cheering and high-five-ing his Al Qaida loyalist buddies.

@Somaliweyn, You are mixing up alot of unrelated issues. Don't you see the difference between an assasination of a political opponent after he left the mosque and planting a bomb inside a mosque which will kill dozens of other innocent people? Secondly, I think you are being hypocritical yourself or you are playing dumb with us, because hutuking and his ilk are justifying the entire destruction of the mosque and the killing of all the worshipers, who they deem as khawarij sympathisers. So why don't you condemn them and accuse them of hypocrisy?

AL Shabab has already targeted mosques in Somaliland and within Banadir region in Basra, Sh/dhexe and its operatives routinely murder innocent people outside mosques. Abdisamad3 and the Al Qaida loyalists are saddened that their favorite heroes are in their deathbeds killed by their own medicine. It is the best of all crude ironies.

Al Qaida started the culture of targeting mosques and other public places and now Hizb ul Islam has joined them too.
