Puntland Military VS Somaliland Military ? Who's STRONGER?

Today in history, the Somali people do NOT have a country that can be called a "country" 
There are TWO powerful (Supposedly) STATES that Somalis settle.
Let's be real for once, Somalinetters. Display Somaliland's weaponry and army, their size and capabilities. Furthermore, display Puntland's weaponry and army, their size and capability.
FOR ONCE, LET THE DUST SETTLE. Why talk for years, when the truth is right in front of us.

In Wikipedia, it reads that Somaliland military is about 60,000 men. WIth BM's and APC's, includings over 80 tanks and unlimited ammunitions.
I couldn't find the Puntland military strength on Wikipedia. I wonder why?

But, on Somaliland's section on wikipedia, it has an entire section explaining the Somaliland Military. It has pictures showing prove of their weaponry, and so forth.
Not a single site has I ever came across showing the numbers of the Puntland army, or their weaponry.
Some pictures of Laascaanood, show the APC"s of Somaliland roaming the streets. Does Puntland even have APC's?

its 2000 poorly trained skinny's
couple of soviet era xabashi donated BM-21's and APC's painted black to make them look new
15 Ethiopian donated Tanks again painted black to make them look new
no one has unlimited ammo that's stupid
puntland is even worse

One cannot stop pirates and has one of it major city half controlled by HG
Other one cannot stop 500 men walking through its land with heavy weaponry
However, Somaliland wins by default since they were able to catch Las Anod

PUNTLAND MILITARY PARADE: Note, the soldiers are NOT carrying any weapons...I don't know why.
