As I delve further into the underbelly and behind the scene of the superficial facade of Somaliland Society - many of my views have been reinforced deeper, although they were never in doubt . Somaliland as a entity remains more evident than ever before. Somaliland is a political reality.

Who can claim with absolute certainty that Somaliland doesn't exist? How can the TFG still claim to have jurisdiction in Somaliland?

Somaliland does exist. If it didn't, the TFG would have landed in Hergeisa in and out.

Can I be an enemy to Somaliland right now, and once it officially gets recognized by the International Community, can I be a citizen? :) I'm from the North too...originally. :D

South was and is destabilized by foreign powers and the North is allowed to flourish. Otherwise, how one explains the constant foreign involvements and invasions to Southern Somalia? There is political reality in PL, Galmudug, and the majority of the South also. If political relity means peace, it does exist many places in Somalia.

Somaliland will never be recognised. Not because it is incompetent (even though it is). The truth of the matter is that Somaliland legally needs a jurisdiction from Mogadishu and a referendum vote given permission by Mogadishu.

Even if they were given a referendum (impossible), the vast majority of the inhabitants of the North (Harti & Gadabursi) would vote NO to Somaliland.

So meesha yaanan la isku wareerin. Somaliland is not going to be recognised however it does exist and nobody can deny that they hold a couple of checkpoints in hargeisa, burco and berbera.

Somaliland exists as long as their leaders breaching other somalis are the enemies............but when other somalis over populating in Somaliland or united, then the idea of somaliland will become much more hell then during Siyaad barre regime..
I believe one of the most well educated men are from that region. All of them agree somaliland is diggin under ground volcano which one day will explode. is like falling 100 story floor and by the time you are 86 floor and someone ask you how you doing? So far I am ok and peace.... and that is how I see somaliland....

That maybe how you see things but I beg to differ. There is no grand conspiracy to destablise anything. If the former Somalia Koonfur wants peace then its destiny is in its own hands. I agree, that there are foreign meddling, although these realities are often exaggerated by those who have nothing to show for their lack of political maturity. Somaliland flourishes because its in control of its destiny.

Peace is only one of many pre-conditions to political maturity. Lets not confuse the functioning of a political entity with small provisional micro-states with porous borders and shifting alliances.

Fear-mongering and false propaganda are the tools of fake so-called diaspora based political observers and commentators.

Lets talk facts instead of regurgitating the usual arguments.

What cave did you crawl out of? You really lose credibility if you are supporting to create a clan-based stathood in the 21st century . If you want to be taken seriously, formulate a coherent argument.
Your problem is not with the adequacy of the cognitive mechanisms you have inherited; it is with the inability to turn them off, it is - a vestigial tail on human intellect.
Despite the pro-Isaaq partiality of the Hargeysa regime, the majority of the north Somalians loath the oppressive and renegade regime that they consider be a band of high traitors and national shame, but the one clan separatist group outdo one another in their eagerness to endear themselves to the uninformed masses that have been daily fed with anti-Somalia hate propaganda, they breath one and only one thing, which is tribalism. s :som: diid recognition will serve no purpose whatsoever.
