This past week has been a historical week for all Jubbalanders, over the weekend the Jubba program was presented to the people of this region and to the rest of world. This important two day conference was held in Nairobi the capital of Kenya and both the UN and the international community attended who are supporters of this program.
All inclusive Jubbaland state is cooked up and ready to be servered, make room for us......

Theres a spot for this regional administration right between Hiiraaland and Midland, infront of Central Somali State.

It is amazing, the few years the shabaab ruled kismaayo and southern somalia, the endless gathering and tribal chest beating slowed down. Habar and odayaal alike found nothing to do, sitting around. They miss the old days of holding one gathering after another, saying "we" represent tribe x. Today in some parts of somalia, the clan oriented mind that caused somalians to think with their instinct instead of their brain has been contained. It is only the somali that live outside somalia, having no occupation that hold one gathering after another about how to expand the tribe's base, and bring back "lost land" from tribe z.

This "jubaland" have been mentioned by different tongues, some of whom are at logger heads. The absame tribe feel the ONLF are holding them back and are sworing if they had made an agreement with Ethiopia, meles would have trusted men they continously send to AddisAababa, men like Aden Madoobe who could not convince the Ethiopians to help him. They want to compete with Barre Hiiraale and his militia for ethiopian support.

The militia that have been collected by ethiopia and tribal elders whose objectives do not extend beyond capturing village x, now will attempt to convince the world they have been under some kind of persecution by the shabaab. It always sound good on paper, when tribalistic ambitions are hidden behind empty slogans of brining back the national government and fighting "terrorist".

Let us see what comes to pass, but I predict this time the tribal militias would soundly be defeated, and their would not bee another "training" in doollo, Feerfeer or Kenya.
