What's the deal with Awdalland, SSC and Maakhir?

Do they actually exist or are they "internet" states? Or is it a nebulous grey area where they are sort-of part of Puntland/Somaliland and sort-of independent?

SSC only exist in Buhoodle. I was recently in Sool

Dhulbhantes dont live in Sanaag.

And Maakhir least strong hold is Western Erigavo, besides that neigbourhood the SOMALIA flag flys in all Warsangeli-Sanaag-Maakhir.

And the Maakhir ceremony took place in Badhan, unlike SC it actually exist. From East Erigavo to Karin is Maakhir proper the fringes including Bosaaso- until Eelafewyne will fall in our governing.
