Ra'iisul wasaaraha Soomaaliya Maxamed C/llaahi Maxamed (Farmaajo), ayaa sheegay in sannadka soo socda ee 2011, uu yahay sannadkii guusha ee Soomaaliya, isagoo sheegay inay wax ka bedeli doonaan xaalka Soomaaliya.

Mudane Farmaajo ayaa hadalkan ku sheegay wareysi uu siiyay wargeys laba jeer bishiiba kasoo baxa dalka Mareykanka, wuxuuna xusay in xukuumadda Soomaaliya, ay diyaar u tahay inay isbedel ku sameyso dalka, sannadka soo socda.

"Waxaa lagu jiraa xilli kala guur ah, diyaar ayaana u nahay inaan ka faa'iideysanno oo aan dib u soo celinno nabadda dalka, waxaanse uga baahannahay caalamka inay taageero nagu siiyaan sidii aan uga gudbi lahayn xasillooni-darrada," ayuu Famaajo u sheegay Foreing Policy.

Ra'iisul wasaaruhu, wuxuu ku sheegay wareysigiisan, in Soomaaliya ay khatar ku tahay in Xarrakatul Shabaab ay qabsato, isagoo kooxdan ku tilmaamay koox xiriir la leh Al-Qaacida, doonaysana inay Soomaaliya ka dhigto goob looga duulo caalamka.

Xukuumadda Somalia, ayaa sheegtay in boqolka maalmood ee ugu horreeya xilli howleedkeeda ay ammaanka dalka wax uga qabanayso, iyadoo Xarrakatul Shabaab oo ay ku biireen xoogaggii Xisbul Islaam ay iyaduna wacad ku martay inay xoojin doonto dagaalka ay kula jirto dowladda Soomaaliya iyo ciidammada AMISOM.

Sannadka, cusub oo ay ka harsan tahay hal toddobaad iyo maalmo, ayaa wuxuu noqonayaa sannadkii 20-aad oo ay rabshado iyo colaado ka jiraan Soomaaliya, sidoo kale waxaa ku eg xilliga KMG ah ee dowladda Soomaaliya.
