Ku Dayo Puntland song was heard loud and clear. But besides that, what's behind the rise Of New Mamuul Goboleeds in Somalia is clearly $$$. The west is pushing for it and rewards are being handed out. Americans Dual track policy for Somalia, along with British aid to Somalia that is expected to be half a Billion over the Next four years, will surely create many more New Mamuul Goboleeds in the next few months or so. Aid is being divided among Somalias, the size of the State and the population that comes under it's control will determine, how much Western Aid each state will received.

Federalism is the future of Somalia, either people are on board or not. the tried and tested unionism that has stifled billions of dollars in one city (that paradoxically is claimed by one clan) will never come back. no single sub-clan will be crazy enough to entrust their affairs with their closes of kin, hence the emergency of SSC. the more power is decentralized the more trivial the post of presidency becomes, which has already done enough harm to Somalia, power should reside within the these states of the future, not a punk in a doomed capital.

but i am more surprised with names of these mamuuls than their aspirations, what is udubland, ximan iyo xaar, waax iyo waalini, that these people have not thought well about the names of these regions should worry people
